TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT TERMS

1. Payment is made through PayPal and is subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy

2. Your lesson must be paid for in advance and is not refundable if you arrive late or do not attend the lesson

1. Your lesson will take place on your choice of Skype or Zoom on the date and time that you have booked.

2. I will contact you before the start of the lesson with a contact request and to say hello.

3. Please make sure that you have good internet connection with sound and video working.

4. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct contact details have been given.

5. Please try not to be late. If you are more than 15 minutes for the lesson, the lesson will be considered

as a cancellation by you and payment will not be refunded.

6. If you are unable to make the lesson, please contact me 24 hours in advance, to arrange a new date and time.

3. To answer any questions relating to your lesson
